One microorganism has brought life to a standstill, and the super powers, the mighty Homo sapiens have all succumbed to intense pressure. Man is a social animal and cannot bear solitude, and this time the attack is on this attitude. Isolation, the key note to survival has driven civilization crazy as millions of humans across the globe are victims of psychological pressure and isolation.
COVID 19, as it is known, has gripped the civilization and entangled it in its viscous grip to leave the intelligent minds baffled and bewildered. The best things in Nature are free, air laden with oxygen being one of them, but these intelligent minds failed to value this free gift. Human nature tends to disrespect and dis value things when they are free and become cautious when they pay for it, such is the value of money for us, mortals. So, now when we have to pay for oxygen to survive, we realize the value of plantation, or do we still do not realize?
It is said that Health is wealth, and unfortunately we are losing health, both physically and mentally. If only we had valued our Mother Nature and taken care of it when the alarming bells had been ringing. We organized seminars, conferences to discuss environmental issues, but did not look into the implementation part. Negligence from our end gravely consequently brought in a catastrophic turbulence thus disrupting our entire functioning. Forgotten are the days of gathering in parks, socializing, partying and embracing. All of it replaced by social distancing, lockdown in homes, captivity and ailments.
Now, we feel PRAYER as a panacea, but do we deserve the Creator to listen to us ???
Did we offer gratitude for the Nature gifted to us???
Or we just took things for granted and in our endeavor to dominate the ecosystem started contemptful attitude for other living beings, especially the flora.
A question to ponder insightfully and profoundly and surrender to the Creator of the Universe to act as it may desire to, penalize us at it may decide to , accept destiny as it comes, remain merciful of our behaviour and keep praying.
