A good question to debate upon. I think this act will have a negligible impact on the terrorists. People who join this world of terror are not frightened of death, rather the vows bestowed upon them in the name of ‘jihad’, order them to fight till the end. This fight in the name of pseudo religion, takes in an army where, the soldiers are more like man -made robots, who take orders from their supremo, and work likewise. There is no heart and soul or emotions involved, and hence no fear of death. We often find these men wearing necklaced capsules around their necks, comprising of cyanide, to be consumed if caught. With such suicidal attitude, and inbuilt desire to sacrifice their life in the name of their so called ‘fight’, imprisonment of one of their ‘men’ and his subsequent trial is just like a sole drop in the ocean. Terrorism has a vast impact and is now spread like a viscious vice enveloping the entire globe. Hanging Kasab, could prove India as a nation fighting terrorism, with its judicial powers, but will definitely not serve as a warning for the terrorists to think twice before attacking India. However, if the nation could allow the defence and special- forces to act on impulse with shoot at sight orders and if the politicians could be barred from infiltrating into the defence system, terrorists could possibly think twice before attacking India. The judicial system of India has given the image of our nation as a Soft Nation. And with such an image on the global arena, terrorists would might as well consider India as their terror paradise.

Impact of Kasab's Hanging on global terrorism
The death sentence given to Ajmal Kasab is definitely a justified act of the Indian Judiciary, which sends a clear message to the entire world, that persons spreading the deadly vice of terror will not be spared. Terrorism has grasped the entire globe in a viscious fist of fury, spreading horror, dread, grief, agony and suffering, wherein its the innocent who pay for their existence. The fangs of this venomous vice is so widespread that clipping its outspread claws is becoming a herculean task for the saviours of mankind. Kasab is only a small paw of this gigantic animalalcule, cutting off this paw is definitely a right step, provided it doesn't follow the concept of regeneration as in the family of lizards. Such vast is this network, and so high is the morale of the members that death is not at all a frightening factor for them. Relationships do not exist in their cruel, hardcore world, and emotions are totally nonexistent. Under such circumstances, we need to analyse how far the impact of this judicial act will have on the world of terrorism. Rather, encounter specialists and special squads shoud be instructed to go for shoot at sight orders, in such cases. Imprisonment, pending court cases, judicial decisions are merely a wastage of time, money, efforts. 26/11/2009..........to 6/05/2010.........the journey to justice is indeed a long one. Truly, justice delayed is justice denied.......a proven fact which very rightly applies to the Indian Judicial system. Unless and untill, the Indian Constitution is amended, and the Judicial laws remodified, the shadow of terrorism will keep on being a dark blanket on our country.

Books.....a vanishing trend
"Books and friends should be few and good", the saying goes. Truly, books have been true friends for the human since ages. But nowadays, this trend has become old fashioned with people focussing all their time, money and energy on computers. As a result, reading is no more a favourite pasttime, the result is the latest generation lacks ideas, imagination, vision, vocabulary and outlook. They are lazy by nature and tend to depend on others for their work to be done. Life is to be made as easy as possible.....getting everything without any effort. With this bent of mind it is difficult to endorse oneself in any piece of work. When one gets used to easy going ways, handling tough situations becomes difficult. Reading is an adventure that never ends......and a habit which serves lifelong. No matter how technically advanced we become, some principles of life can never change.
