Impact of Kasab's Hanging on global terrorism

The death sentence given to Ajmal Kasab is definitely a justified act of the Indian Judiciary, which sends a clear message to the entire world, that persons spreading the deadly vice of terror will not be spared. Terrorism has grasped the entire globe in a viscious fist of fury, spreading horror, dread, grief, agony and suffering, wherein its the innocent who pay for their existence. The fangs of this venomous vice is so widespread that clipping its outspread claws is becoming a herculean task for the saviours of mankind. Kasab is only a small paw of this gigantic animalalcule, cutting off this paw is definitely a right step, provided it doesn't follow the concept of regeneration as in the family of lizards. Such vast is this network, and so high is the morale of the members that death is not at all a frightening factor for them. Relationships do not exist in their cruel, hardcore world, and emotions are totally nonexistent. Under such circumstances, we need to analyse how far the impact of this judicial act will have on the world of terrorism. Rather, encounter specialists and special squads shoud be instructed to go for shoot at sight orders, in such cases. Imprisonment, pending court cases, judicial decisions are merely a wastage of time, money, efforts. 26/11/2009..........to 6/05/2010.........the journey to justice is indeed a long one. Truly, justice delayed is justice denied.......a proven fact which very rightly applies to the Indian Judicial system. Unless and untill, the Indian Constitution is amended, and the Judicial laws remodified, the shadow of terrorism will keep on being a dark blanket on our country.
