Introspection......a weird feeling...starts with a lot of anxiety, depression...but ultimately leads to salvation....peace...and even nirvana..
I had never realized what magical powers introspection has...till I experienced it myself... The journey into one's own heart...the dialogue with one's soul..we humans are blessed with this innate feeling and yet we tend to seek solace from others company. Swami Vivekananda once said....One who doesn't spend time with oneself...is losing out on something good and precious..
The friend inside us is so caring, warm, affectionate, understanding...and has a unique way of handling us...an all time problem solver. It helps us to eradicate our negative feelings and fills us with positivism and optimism. It illuminates our complete body, mind and soul and rejuvenates us with the freshness of life, vigor and zeal. Suddenly, the gloominess disappears and grief is overshadowed by peace...The people who have wronged you seem to no more matter and lose that importance. One can feel getting connected to that Supreme Power...the Divine...and can feel eternal bliss.
